Driftwood began catering in 2014 and employs some of the area’s most talented food service professionals.  We aim to provide to your event a creative cuisine customized to your particular style.  Or simply pick from what works,  one of our classic catered menus!

“My name is Christopher Almanza and I’m from the Denver Metro Area of Colorado. I graduated with high honors from the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts in Boulder. For as long as I can remember, I have always gravitated towards the kitchen. To me, it is not cliché to say that the way to anybody’s heart is through their stomach. I have studied classic French and World cuisine’s, with the simple mission of serving up smiles. I have extensive experience in catering private parties, corporate banquets, weddings and etc. My motto is to embolden magical moments through the power of great food. To put it simply, food is about putting your heart on a plate. “
